U-Pick at Grace Grown Farm

How It Works

Enter the farm by turning at the Grace Grown Farm sign and head down the dirt road. Follow the parking signs to get to the u-pick field and park. When you arrive, you will see a canopy with our self-serve u-pick table, or we will be tending the table, depending on the day and event.

For self-serve summer flowers, you may grab a cup or bucket to fill with water. Then, you may borrow a pair of snips to use while you're here. Payment can be made through our cash box, Venmo, or PayPal. Anything in the field is fair game! Pick whatever looks pretty to you, and don't be afraid to fill your cup as full as you can. Don't forget to grab some flower food for your vases before you leave!

U-Pick Subscriptions

Tulip Season

Price: We charge a $5 admission fee for each guest over the age of 5. Tulips are then an additional 50 cents a stem. This price can vary each season.

Info:

We have 12,000 mixed-variety tulips planted throughout 48 rows.
Baskets and buckets are available on a first come, first serve basis. You’re welcome to bring your own. Snips won’t be needed, as you’ll be pulling the whole tulip (bulb included!).
You choose whether you would like to keep your bulbs or have us snip them. The bulbs will not regrow a tulip if they are cut. They must be planted with the flower remaining attached.
Please wear shoes that are comfortable and be prepared for uneven ground. Always watch for holes in the field. Pick at your own risk!
Only pick tulips with color showing, as many are still on their way to blooming.
If it has been rainy, the field could be pretty muddy. Please dress and drive accordingly!
Because they are mixed-variety, some of the rows bloom a little bit slower than others. If you see rows without flowers, they'll be here soon or may have already been picked!

Are snips provided?

Yes! We provide snips for you to borrow while you pick.

Are pictures allowed?

We encourage pictures to be taken during u-pick. However, we do charge a $50 an hour fee for professional photography. Please contact us to reserve a time!

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we love to see your furry friends! Pets must be leashed, and you must clean up after them.

Do we have to pay for a u-pick to visit the farm?

Although it is not required, we greatly appreciate that visitors purchase at least one u-pick in their party while enjoying the flowers.

Is the farm handicap accessible?

We do our best to make the farm accessible for all ages and abilities. Although the field has a slight slant, it does not have any major hills. We also have benches in the field that provide a great place to take a rest while picking. Always watch for holes in the field and be mindful that you are picking at your own risk.

Do you have public restrooms?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a public restroom at the farm.

Do you take credit cards?

Cash is preferred, but cards and venmo are also accepted.
